Sayaji Hotels Invests 26% in Avanir Wellness Resorts

Sayaji Hotels Ltd has approved an investment of 26% of the total paid-up capital in Avanir Wellness Resorts Private Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). The investment involves subscribing to 2,600 equity shares of ₹10 each, totaling ₹26,000. Avanir Wellness Resorts is proposed to be incorporated in India for the development of an Iconic Wellness Centre, as per the tender allotment letter issued by the Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Vikas Pradhikaran (NRANVP).
