Sayaji Hotels Ltd Enters 15-Year Hotel Management Agreement with Mahavan Resort LLP

Sayaji Hotels Limited has entered into a Hotel Management Agreement with Mahavan Resort LLP for managing and operating a 4-star rated hotel in Somnath, Gujarat. The hotel property will consist of 50 key rooms, one banquet hall, one banquet lawn, two restaurants, a gym, and a SPA. The brand name to be used will be 'The Forest Chapter' by Sayaji. The agreement is for 15 years from the date of commercial commencement of the hotel and may be renewed on mutually agreed terms thereafter.
