Sayaji Hotels Limited has entered into a Hotel Management Agreement with SPJ Recreational Centre Private Limited for managing a hotel property situated at Takve Khurd, Taluka Maval, Near Wet and Joy Park, District Pune Maharashtra, 410405. The agreement is for a period of 15 years from the date of commercial commencement of the Hotel, with the possibility of renewal for each renewal period of 5 years. The Hotel property consists of 49 Room Keys, 71 Villas with Bedroom and Hall, 2 Banquet Halls, 1 Banquet Lawn, 1 Coffee Shop Cum Restaurant, 1 Speciality Restaurant, 1 Open Rooftop Restaurant, Gym, SPA, Swimming Pool, Guest Lifts, Service Lift, Back of House Areas, General Manager Office and Other Offices, Reception Area, 2 Cars, Air Conditioning Plant and Other Ancillary Equipment. The Brand will operate under the name of 'SAYAJI'.
