Sayaji Hotels (Pune) approves Q4 & FY26 audited results; unmodified opinion

The Board of Directors of Sayaji Hotels (Pune) Limited, at their meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The Board also approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the same period. M/s. K.L. Vyas & Company, the Statutory Auditor, issued an unmodified opinion on both the financial results and statements. Additionally, the re-appointment of the internal auditor for FY 2026-27 and updates to company policies and the Code of Conduct were approved.
