Sayaji Hotels (Pune) Ltd Appoints Mr. Nimeshkumar Natwarlal Gandhi as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director

Sayaji Hotels (Pune) Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Nimeshkumar Natwarlal Gandhi as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointment was approved at the Board of Directors meeting held on 5th February 2026. Mr. Gandhi will hold office until the conclusion of the ensuing General Meeting of the Company or three months from the date of appointment, whichever is earlier. He is a Practicing Chartered Accountant with 31 years of experience in accounts, taxation, corporate governance, and allied areas. He is not related to any Director of the Company and satisfies the criteria of independence prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR. The Board also approved the reconstitution of Committees of the Board of Directors of the Company.
