SBEC Systems India Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on May 29, 2026, to consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. In compliance with SEBI regulations, the trading window will be closed for all Directors, Promoters, KMPs, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
