SBEC Sugar Submits Audited Results for FY26 After Glitch

SBEC Sugar Ltd re-submitted its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ending March 31, 2026, due to technical glitches encountered on May 29, 2026. The Board of Directors had approved the results in a meeting held on the same day. The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s Thakur Vaidyanath Aiyar & CO., Chartered Accountants as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27, noted the resignation of Mr. Anil Kumar Goel and the appointment of Mr. Madhur Agarwal as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
