ICICI Prudential MF Increases SBI Cards Stake by 2.12%

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, through its various schemes, has acquired an additional 2,01,71,877 shares of SBI Cards and Payment Services Ltd. This acquisition, made between April 26, 2024, and August 25, 2026, represents a net increase of 2.12% in their shareholding. The fund's total holding now stands at 7.30% (6,94,79,386 shares) of the company's paid-up capital. The acquisitions were made from an investment perspective, not to gain controlling interest. The disclosure is made as per SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
