SBL Infratech Appoints Internal Auditor and AGM Scrutinizer

SBL Infratech Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 7, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s Appa & Associate Chartered Accountants as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The board also appointed M/s Amit Saxena & Associates as the Scrutinizer for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and e-voting process. The notice for the AGM, scheduled for September 29, 2026, and the Director's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, were also approved.
