SGL Resources Approves Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results & Reconstitutes Audit Committee

SGL Resources Ltd announced the approval of its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the reconstitution of the Audit Committee, effective August 14, 2026. The meeting, which commenced at 6:00 PM and concluded at 6:30 PM, saw the board take on record the unmodified Limited Review Report from the statutory auditors. The reconstituted Audit Committee includes Mohan Chandiramani as Chairman, and Himali Thakkar and Sushit Bakshi as members.
