Schneider Electric Infra Appoints New Internal Auditor, Whole-Time Director

Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited announced key management and auditor changes following a Board of Directors meeting on August 14, 2026. Mr. Devendra Kumar Sharma has been appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27, replacing Mr. Vinay Kumar Awasthi who resigned due to a role change within the group. The company also appointed Mr. Soumya Bagchi as Whole-Time Director for three years and Ms. Nirupa Chander as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, both subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the Unaudited Financial Results for Q1 FY27, which received an unmodified opinion from the Statutory Auditors.
