Scoda Tubes Ltd. to Add 8,000 MTPA Capacity to Welded Tubes & Pipes Production

Scoda Tubes Ltd. has announced a capacity addition of Welded Tubes & Pipes at their land situated at Survey No. 682, Vill. Sarsav, Tal. Kadi, Dist:- Mehsana. This addition is proposed in addition to the existing expansion plan disclosed in the Prospectus dated May 30, 2025. The new capacity will enhance both the product offering and market position of the company, meeting the customer demands. The proposed capacity addition is 8,000 MTPA, which is expected to be added by the end of Q3 of F.Y. 2026-27. The investment required for this addition is Rupees 400 Million (including applicable taxes), which will be financed through internal accrual and term loan from a bank. The existing capacity of Welded Tubes & Pipes is 1,020 MTPA (excluding capacity addition proposed in Prospectus dated May 30, 2025) with an existing capacity utilization of approximately 105 MTP for the period from April 2025 to December 2025.
