Scoobee Day Garments Closes Trading Window Until Post-Q2 FY27 Results

Scoobee Day Garments (India) Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares. This closure is effective from October 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. The restriction applies to promoters, directors, designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons, in compliance with SEBI PIT Regulations and the company's Code of Conduct. The date of the board meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated separately.
