Sea TV Network Ltd Appoints Manish Jain as CFO and KMP

Sea TV Network Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Manish Jain as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company. The appointment is in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Mr. Jain holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has over 20 years of experience in finance, management accounting, audit, and direct and indirect taxation. The appointment is effective from March 30, 2026.
