Sea TV Network Ltd Appoints New Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & KMP

Sea TV Network Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Manish Jain as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, effective from March 30, 2026. The appointment was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on March 30, 2026, and was based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. Mr. Manish Jain holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has over 20 years of experience in finance, management accounting, audit, and direct and indirect taxation. The previous CFO, Mr. Harshit Jain, resigned from his position on March 21, 2026.
