Sealmatic India Ltd Announces 2:10 Bonus Share Issue

Sealmatic India Ltd has fixed Friday, 21st November, 2025 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of Equity Shareholders for the purpose of issue of bonus equity shares. The company will issue 2 bonus equity shares for every 10 existing equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, following the approval by equity shareholders through a postal ballot dated 7th October, 2025. The deemed date of allotment of bonus equity shares is Monday, 24th November, 2025 and these Bonus Shares will be made available for trading on the next working day of allotment i.e. Tuesday, 25th November, 2025.
