Seamec Ltd Approves Vessel Charter from HAL Offshore and Increases Monetary Capping Limits in Related Party Transaction

Seamec Ltd, in its meeting held on September 12, 2025, approved the charter of the vessel 'MV Goodman' from HAL Offshore Limited for repair and replacement of the Spider Deck of the NLM 9 Platform in Mumbai High Offshore. The company also decided to modify the related party transaction with HAL Offshore Limited, increasing the monetary capping limits from USD 30 million p.a to USD 50 million p.a. This modification is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company through a Postal Ballot Notice, which was also approved in the meeting.
