Seamec Ltd Enters Addendum 1 with Mubarak Bridge Maritime FZCO for Charter Hire of Vessel SEAMEC III

Seamec Ltd has informed about the execution of Addendum 1 to the Bimco Charter Party with Mubarak Bridge Maritime FZCO for the supply of Air diving equipment on the board of vessel SEAMEC III. The lease rental is USD 2800/ day for the period of supply till re-delivery. This announcement is in accordance with Clause 5 of Para B of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
