Seamec Ltd Secures USD 19.02M Charter for Vessel SEAMEC II

Seamec Ltd has entered into a Bimco Charter Party with G R Infraprojects Limited for the charter hire of its vessel, "SEAMEC II". The vessel will be deployed for subsea installation in ONGC's Part Replacement Pipeline (PRP-8A) and DSF 2 Project. The contract has a tenure of 180 days, with an option for extension on mutually agreed terms. The charter is scheduled to commence between October 15, 2026, and October 31, 2026. The total value of this subcontract is approximately USD 19.02 million, exclusive of GST. This agreement does not involve related parties and is conducted at arm's length.
