Seasons Textiles Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons from April 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the approval and declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The company has also updated the information on the CDSL portal for restricting the trading by designated persons by freezing their PAN at the security level. The company secretary has requested maintaining confidentiality of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) related to Financial Results for the year ending March 31, 2026.
