SecMark Consultancy Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

SecMark Consultancy Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from April 01, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the results are declared and disseminated to the Stock Exchanges. The date of the Board meeting for considering the Audited Financial Results will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
