SecMark Consultancy Ltd Sends Annual Report & AGM Notice to Shareholders

SecMark Consultancy Ltd has disseminated the Annual Report for FY 2025-2026 and the Notice of the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to its shareholders. In compliance with SEBI LODR Regulations, soft copies were sent to shareholders with registered email addresses. For those whose emails are not registered, physical letters containing a web link to access the Annual Report and AGM Notice have been dispatched. The Annual Report and AGM Notice are also available on the company's website (www.secmark.in), stock exchange websites (BSE, NSE), and NSDL's e-voting portal. The AGM is scheduled for September 30, 2026, via Video Conference.
