SecUR Credentials Ltd, India's first background screening company listed on NSE Emerge, has announced its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Friday, April 3, 2026. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The AGM will transact ordinary business including the adoption of audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2024, and the re-appointment of a director retiring by rotation. The special business includes the appointment of Mr. Bhimsen Vishwanath Pawar as a Whole Time Director and the appointment of M/s. JPMD & Associates as Statutory Auditors of the Company.
