SecUR Credentials seeks AGM extension; approves 24th AGM

SecUR Credentials Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 4, 2026, approved the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. Additionally, the company has submitted an application to the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Mumbai, requesting an extension for holding its 25th AGM for FY 2025-26. This extension is sought due to the non-finalization and non-readiness of the financial statements for the said fiscal year. The company will inform shareholders once the ROC's approval is received.
