Seemax Resources Appoints Secretarial and Internal Auditors

Seemax Resources Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Jay Pandya & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26 and M/s. Keyur Patel & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. The decisions were made during a Board of Directors meeting held on August 22, 2026. The meeting also covered other routine business matters. Detailed profiles of the appointed firms are provided in Annexure A.
