Sejal Glass Ltd Signs Exclusive Supply Agreement with Saint-Gobain India for High-Performance Glass Manufacturing

Sejal Glass Ltd has entered into a Propel Project Participation Agreement with Saint-Gobain India Private Limited (SGIPL) for the exclusive supply of high-performance and advanced range of glasses. The agreement, signed domestically, will enable Sejal Glass to purchase products exclusively from SGIPL for manufacturing and onward supply to customers and/or end users. SGIPL will provide necessary training and guidance to Sejal Glass to improve its production efficiency, technical and marketing capability, and work methods. The Company shall make payment of the invoices paid/received raised by SGIPL from time to time. This agreement does not involve any acquisition and does not fall within related party transactions. The rationale behind this agreement is to provide Sejal Glass the opportunity to garner projects of high-end performance glass manufacturing & supply during the Term of this Agreement, with SGIPL promoting the Company as its preferred manufacturing partner in all future projects in which SGIPL may participate.
