SEL Manufacturing Director Resigns

SEL Manufacturing Company Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Dharminder Pal from his position as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective August 7, 2026. The resignation is due to personal reasons. Consequently, Mr. Pal will also step down from his roles in the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Risk Management Committee, and as Chairman of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. The company has provided the necessary disclosures as per SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
