Sellwin Traders Limited and Patel Container India Private Limited Enter Strategic Association and Share Swap Agreement

Sellwin Traders Limited and Patel Container India Private Limited have entered into a Strategic Association and Share Swap Agreement. Sellwin will invest an amount equivalent to 36% of the Project valuation into PCIPL through a combination of share swap and any additional funding if mutually agreed. PCIPL will allot equity shares to Sellwin equivalent to the value representing 36% stake in PCIPL. Both parties will obtain necessary corporate approvals and comply with applicable laws. The share swap will only be undertaken after completing statutory filings, valuation certificates, and obtaining consents from appropriate regulatory authorities.
