Sellwin Traders Limited to Invest Up to USD 6.00 Million in Shivam Contracting Inc. Over Three Years

Sellwin Traders Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Shivam Contracting Inc., USA, to explore a strategic investment opportunity. The Indian company proposes to make an equity-linked investment of up to USD 6.00 million in Shivam Contracting Inc. over a period of three years, subject to applicable statutory and regulatory approvals in India and the USA. The strategic association is aimed at enabling the Company to participate in current and future projects undertaken by Shivam Contracting Inc. in the United States. The MOU is non-binding in nature except for certain clauses relating to confidentiality, governing law, and dispute resolution. The definitive agreements shall be executed post completion of necessary due diligence and receipt of requisite approvals.
