Sellwin Traders Ltd to Supply Agro Products to SDF Productions Pvt Ltd

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sellwin Traders Ltd and SDF Productions Pvt Ltd have agreed to execute business operations involving Sellwin Traders Limited. As per the Business Arrangement MOU, Sellwin Traders Limited will supply Agro products to SDF Productions Pvt Ltd. Additionally, Sellwin will provide monetary support to SDF Productions Pvt Ltd to fulfill procurement requirements from suppliers in the Indian market. A sample purchase order regarding the export of products has been attached.
