Senores Pharma Gives ₹62 Cr Guarantee for Subsidiary's Credit Facility

Senores Pharmaceuticals Limited has issued a corporate guarantee of ₹62 Crores for credit facilities availed by its subsidiary, Apnar Pharma Private Limited, from ICICI Bank Limited. The guarantee is effective from August 24, 2026, and will remain valid until the closure of the credit facilities. The promoter and promoter group have an interest in Apnar Pharma through their directorships, and the guarantee is considered to be at arm's length.
