Senores Pharmaceuticals Acquires ANDA for Tramadol Tablets from APDM Pharmaceuticals for USD 119.09 Mn

Senores Pharmaceuticals Limited, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Senores Pharmaceuticals, Inc., USA, has signed an agreement to acquire the USFDA-approved Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for Tramadol Tablets from APDM Pharmaceuticals Private Limited. The acquisition will be funded through the Initial Public Offer (IPO) proceeds.
