Senores Pharmaceuticals to Acquire Apnar Pharma for ~Rs. 91 Crores

Senores Pharmaceuticals Limited has agreed to acquire 100% share capital of Apnar Pharma Private Limited, a pharmaceutical company primarily engaged in the business of manufacture of generic pharmaceutical formulations. The acquisition will be completed in two tranches, with the first tranche expected to be completed by March 2026 and the second tranche by Q2 of FY 2027. The total enterprise value of the acquisition is ~Rs. 91 crores, with ~Rs. 76 crores of total debt and expected liabilities to be taken over by Senores and the remaining ~Rs. 15 crores to be paid in cash.
