Kolli Murali Krishna has acquired 8,67,000 equity shares, representing 17.17% of the total equity capital, in Senthil Infotek Limited through an off-market transaction on August 31, 2026. The shares were purchased from Cementeel Constructions Private Limited, a promoter group entity. This acquisition increases Kolli Murali Krishna's total shareholding in Senthil Infotek from 4.95% to 22.12%. The total consideration for the transaction was INR 47,68,500.
