SEPC Ltd Approves Acquisition of Avenir International Engineers and Consultants LLC for INR 1530 Crores

SEPC Ltd has announced the approval of the acquisition of Avenir International Engineers and Consultants LLC, Abu Dhabi, for a consideration of 90% of AED 708 million, equivalent to INR 1530 Crores. The acquisition, which does not fall under related party transactions, is subject to approval from the Lenders and Shareholders. The acquisition will enable SEPC Limited to expand into the global Oil & Gas sector, strengthen its international presence, and diversify its revenue streams into a high-value and growing industry. Avenir International Engineers & Consultants LLC, established in 2007 and headquartered in Abu Dhabi, specializes in Oil & Gas Engineering, FEED, and PMC services. The company has a strong footprint across the MENA region and an order book exceeding AED 500 million, with reputed clients such as ADNOC and DEWA. It holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications and is an ADNOC- approved vendor.
