SEPC Ltd: Promoter Group Transfers 34 Cr Shares Off-Market

SEPC Ltd announced that Mark A B Capital Investment LLC, part of the promoter group, has transferred a total of 34 crore equity shares (21 crore on Oct 31, 2025, and 13 crore on Dec 9, 2025) via off-market inter-se transfer to Mark AB Welfare Trust, a wholly-owned subsidiary. This transaction reduces Mark A B Capital Investment LLC's shareholding from 22.01% to 0.53% of the company's total paid-up share capital. The disclosure was made in accordance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
