Viyash Scientific Limited announced the incorporation of Alivira Vietnam Company Limited in Vietnam on October 30, 2026. This entity is a wholly owned subsidiary of Alivira Animal Health Limited, India, which is itself a wholly owned subsidiary of Viyash Scientific. The incorporation marks a step-down wholly owned subsidiary for Viyash Scientific. The new entity is expected to focus on the importation, registration, marketing, sale, and distribution of animal health products, APIs, and phytogenic solutions in Vietnam, primarily through a distributor network. Alivira Animal Health Limited will invest up to USD 400,000 in cash for this venture, resulting in a 100% shareholding by the listed entity's subsidiary.
