Viyash Scientific Limited (formerly SeQuent Scientific Limited) has announced its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 4:00 PM IST, to be held via Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). This is in compliance with recent Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) circulars. The Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 are being disseminated electronically to members with registered email addresses. For members whose email IDs are not registered, a letter providing a web-link to the Annual Report and AGM Notice is being sent. The report and notice are also available on the company's website (www.viyash.com), stock exchange websites (BSE, NSE), and NSDL's e-voting platform. Members are encouraged to register their email addresses for future electronic communications and update their KYC details.
