Desi Farms Acquires 12.39% Stake in SNA Milk for ₹37.88 Cr

Desi Farms India Ltd has approved the allotment of 28,06,200 preference shares via share swap for a 12.39% stake in SNA Milk and Milk Products Limited. The acquisition, valued at approximately ₹37.88 Crores, is part of Desi Farms' strategic expansion into the stable, consumption-driven dairy sector. SNA Milk, engaged in milk processing and distribution, had a turnover of ₹33.74 Crores in the last financial year. This move aims to diversify Desi Farms' business, leverage infrastructure, achieve operational synergies, and improve consolidated financial performance. The transaction is considered a related party transaction but executed at arm's length based on a registered valuer's report. Desi Farms is pursuing 100% acquisition of SNA.
