Desi Farms India Ltd Extends Trading Window Closure to June 30, 2026

Desi Farms India Ltd has announced the extension of its trading window closure. The window, initially closed for the consideration of audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, will now remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This closure applies to all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, who are advised against trading in the company's securities during this period. The date for the board meeting to approve the Q2 FY27 results will be communicated separately.
