Desi Farms India Ltd Reconstitutes Board Committees

Desi Farms India Ltd has announced the reconstitution of its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders' Relationship Committee. This action follows the resignation of Mr. Om Narayan Singh, Independent Director. Mr. Ayush Munnalal Sharma, an Independent Director, has been inducted as a member to all three committees. The reconstitution is effective from August 5th, 2026, with the Board approval dated July 9th, 2026.
