The company cited the need for additional time to verify and review financial data due to pending information. Consequently, Desi Farms is unable to meet the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 deadline and has requested an extension until June 30, 2026, for submission. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the results are made public.
