Desi Farms India Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives. This closure is effective from Thursday, October 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026. The measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct, to prevent insider trading.
