Lexoraa Industries: CFO Sam Sharda Fernandes Redesignated as ED & CFO

Lexoraa Industries Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on April 30, 2026, approved the re-designation of Mr. Sam Sharda Fernandes as an Additional Director in the category of Executive Director, effective the same day. Mr. Fernandes, who currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will now hold the title of Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer. This appointment, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Fernandes brings approximately 5 years of experience in Finance and Business Management to his expanded role. He will hold office as an Additional Director (Executive) until the next General Meeting.
