Lexoraa Industries Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until After Q4 Results

Lexoraa Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window as per the company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person and their immediate Relatives. The closure will be in effect from 1st April, 2026 and will reopen after 48 hours of the declaration of audited Financial Results for the Fourth quarter and year ended on 31st March 2026. All concerned persons are advised not to deal (buy or sell) in Securities of the company during the said prohibited period. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
