Lexoraa: Sam Sharda Fernandes Re-designated as Executive Director & CFO

Lexoraa Industries Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on April 30, 2026, approved the re-designation of Mr. Sam Sharda Fernandes. Effective immediately, he will serve as Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer, having previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer. This appointment as an Additional Director (Executive) is based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is subject to the approval of shareholders. Mr. Fernandes has approximately 5 years of experience in Finance and Business Management.
