Seshasayee Paper Trading Window Closes Oct 1 for Results

Seshasayee Paper and Boards Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons. The window will be shut from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and company code of conduct to prevent potential insider trading during the period leading up to and immediately following the financial results announcement.
