ICICI Prudential MF Increases Shadowfax Stake by 3.41%

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, through its various schemes, has acquired a net of 2,03,22,019 shares of Shadowfax Technologies Ltd. This acquisition, made between February 18, 2026, and July 24, 2026, has increased the fund's total shareholding to 8.56% (5,00,95,324 shares). The previous disclosure on February 18, 2026, showed a holding of 5.15%. The fund clarified that these acquisitions are from an investment perspective and not to seek controlling interest. The total equity share capital of Shadowfax Technologies Ltd. after the acquisition is valued at approximately ₹5,970 crore.
