Shah Alloys Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Financial Year 2025-2026

Shah Alloys Ltd has announced that the trading window will be closed from April 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and the Financial Year ending on March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the Board Meeting for the approval of the Financial Results of the Company will be intimated in due course. Directors, Connected Persons, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during this period.
