509870 Board Approves FY26 Financial Results; Reappoints Director

The Board of Directors of 509870 (Shah Construction Company Limited) approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The auditor, M/s. Mittal & Associates, issued an unmodified opinion on these results.
